Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to BrownGlobal Atlas ("Atlas"), a business software service operated by BrownGlobal Holdings LLC ("BrownGlobal," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Atlas, you agree to these Terms.

Business use and authority

Atlas is intended for business use. You must have authority to create or manage a workspace for the business you represent. If you do not have legal capacity to accept these Terms, an authorized adult or business representative must accept them for the account.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity performed through your account. Atlas records access relationships and business information, but it is not a password manager and should not be used to store account passwords or secret keys.

Your business data

You retain ownership of the information and files you add to Atlas. You grant BrownGlobal the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and display that data to provide Atlas. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the information you provide.

Automated information

Atlas may retrieve public registry and DNS information, extract information from documents you choose to upload, and generate reminders or recommendations. Automated results can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for confirming important dates, renewals, account access, compliance obligations, and business decisions.

Third-party services

Atlas may link to or integrate with third-party services such as Stripe. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Atlas does not automatically remove a person from a third-party system unless an integration explicitly says that action is supported and confirms completion.

Acceptable use

You may not use Atlas to violate law, access systems without authorization, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or attempt to obtain another user's data. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, BrownGlobal, or the service.

Subscriptions

Paid use of Atlas is also governed by the Subscription & Cancellation Terms. Current pricing shown in Atlas controls unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Service availability

We work to keep Atlas available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as Atlas improves. We will not knowingly reduce a prepaid subscription solely to avoid providing the service purchased.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Atlas is provided on an "as available" basis. BrownGlobal is not responsible for losses caused by information you fail to verify, third-party outages, unauthorized access outside Atlas, or business decisions made solely from automated results. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
