BrownGlobal Holdings LLC operates BrownGlobal Atlas. This policy explains the categories of information Atlas processes and why.

Information you provide

Atlas may process account details such as your name and email; business workspace information; people and access records; domains; social or system account references; support requests; and files such as licenses or certificates that you choose to upload.

Information Atlas checks automatically

Atlas may retrieve public domain-registration and DNS information to help identify registrar details, expiration information, and email configuration health. These checks use information that is publicly available on the internet and information you ask Atlas to check.

Document intelligence

When you choose automated extraction for a document image, Atlas may send that image to an AI service provider to identify fields such as document type, issuer, and expiration date. Do not upload information you do not have authority to process. Always confirm extracted information before relying on it.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. BrownGlobal does not need to store your full card number. Payment providers receive the information necessary to process transactions, prevent fraud, and meet their legal obligations.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure Atlas, maintain workspaces, generate reminders, process subscriptions, provide support, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

Service providers

Atlas relies on infrastructure and service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, payments, transactional email, and optional AI processing. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services to BrownGlobal, subject to their applicable agreements.

Security and retention

Atlas uses access controls and private storage for protected workspace data. No internet service can promise absolute security. We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and handle legitimate account or deletion requests.

Your choices

You can update much of your workspace information inside Atlas. For access, correction, or deletion requests that cannot be completed in the product, contact atlas@brownglobal.app.

Children

Atlas is a business service and is not directed to children. A user who cannot legally agree to these terms on their own must use Atlas only through an authorized adult or business representative.

Changes

We may update this policy as Atlas changes. The updated date at the top of this page shows the current version.
